Audio Solutions was the only place we could find to install a new CD player in our 18 year old truck on a Saturday. We were pleased with the installation speed and price, but as we drove home we noticed that the air conditioning button located on the dash just above the newly installed CD system was sitting crookedly in the dash. A touch of the button and it fell out, obviously broken. We immediately went back to Audio Solutions. The young man who had helped us before looked at the button and researched the price for a replacement.



Then the owner came out. He became offensive immediately, telling me he couldn t go around replacing any old part . When I said I felt he should replace it since his installer had broken it. The man got in my face and yelled 'The customer is not always right. This isn't Burger King. This is my business and I'll run it the way I want.'



I highly recommend you stay away if you want respect for yourself and your vehicle.
