As a small business owener I prefer to have a one on one connection with my customers as well as my supplier. This Company has a very rude owner, who cannot seem to take responsibility for his own mistakes. THey constantly continue to not order the parts I request be ordered and then just say sorry, for an extra $40bucks you could get it overnighted. This appliance company is very disorganized and not helpful at all. One day they are nice and caring the next they are like "Screw you" I've been told by the owner "RILEY" when I tried to confront the attitude, "If you don't like the way I do things Go somewhere else." If you want a company that has great customer service and fast shipping DON"T ORDER FROM DECATUR APPLIANCE>
