Recently had my old Air Conditioning System Replaced. The people at Ace were very knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. The installers were prompt and professional and the installation looks looks great. Very happy with the results.

I tried Ace for the first time when my AC broke down. Friendly receptionist, fast response time and great technician (he really knew his stuff). First time using them and if I need anything for my A/C, I'll definitely call them again.

These guys do not carry parts to fix anything other than the equipment they install. They will only try to sell you a new system, it doesn't matter if it is a simple fix. I was quoted over 3 thousand dollars for a 3 ton condenser. If you do deal with them you better be ready to buy a new system and you better know your prices before hand because they will quote any price that they can get away with.

My ac was down and I called Ace Air. The technician was clean cut (didn't look like he just left Rikers Prison), and was able to solve the problem quickly. The charges were $79, which honestly I was expecting it to be MORE expensive. I would recommend and use this company again. They took good care of me.

I had Ace do a repair for me because they were the original installer.The technician was very good. A day later I had water pouring from my air handler.I called Ace with concern. I was told by management that their technician did not work on that part of the system(which he did) and that I did not know what I was talking about. They said the only thing it could be was I had a plugged line. So....I cleared and cleaned the line...Same problem. Upon further investigation I found that the drain pan and line had been busted. I called Ace again. I was told again "we did not work on that"...."yes you did".......My guy would have told me he broke it" He apparantly did not know...my unit is under warranty, how about we split the labor". " No, we will charge 80$ to come take a look and you pay for all labor after that". The management or so called owner of Ace has no customer service skills whatso ever and apparently doesn't know his own product as he quoted me three different specs for my unit.
