If I could rate it a zero, I would. They are awful. Overpriced, have no idea what they are doing, make your lawn way worse than when they start, don't stand by there promises, are unresponsive when you call. This is by far, the worst lawn care company I've ever encountered. Beware!!!!!!! I can't stress this strongly enough. They will tell you the charged me once in two and a half months and made 8 visits. Lies. They only made 4 visits. 2 because they killed my lawn in the back by having an inexperienced tech put the wrong chemicals on my bahiagrass and the rest because they caused what started as one tiny patch of fungus during the rainy part of the past couple months, to spread across my whole front lawn. They didn't help with the bermuda weeds in the front. They killed my pyramid ants after I begged them not to when I wasn't home by saying they were fire ants. Finally they admitted they made a mistake and apologized, but by then it was too late because the poor ants were dead and those ants are beneficial to the yard also. This is a very bad company and has a very bad owner. Be very careful before you try them. You will not be pleased. Even the HOA Pres. in my community who started with them the same time I did, has just cancelled them because of the fact that they do not know what they are doing. Lastly, the owner lies. He comes out when he knows you won't be there to look at your lawn and then tells you it looks great. Problem is, I have a camera and can prove it looks anything but great.

5 star is amazing!!! Family oriented and all about customer service. I couldn't ask for anything better!!!

5-Star has responded to and taken care of all pest-control, lawn fertilizing and tree/shrub care in a top level professional manner! I feel I got lucky finding 5-Star to take care of those needs for our household!

I am the owners wife & I will ask you to please like & visit our Facebook page. The lady with the horrible review has a beautiful lawn and you can see that from the pictures we posted. We no longer wanted to do business with her as she was obviously never going to be happy. She had us out 9 times in less than 3 months. Please check out the pictures and you will know this review is bogus. She didn't deny the are of her lawn. Please call us for free estimates.
