Had a schedule appt today for Scott to come out and service our air conditioner. Our scheduled time was 2 to 5. Which we verified with the home warranty company twice. Scott texted my husband and said he would be early. My husband wrote back that he wouldn't be able to be there for 15min. Instead of staying and waiting the 15min or coming during our scheduled time 2 to 5. Scott shows up at my house at 11:52 which I have him on camera. Walks to my air conditioner than walks back and pulls out of my drive way at 11:53. He did not even bother stay for more than 1min. That is very rude and unprofessional. Our warranty company called him to see what is going on and he than refuses to come back for our scheduled 2 to 5 appt. Why have an appt if your not going to abide by it. My husband also spoke to him on the phone and told him from the get go that if he was to come early he would need advanced notice which scott did not give. This man is very unprofessional and apparently doesn't want the job. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Beware. They showed up on the wrong day and blamed me, all while admitting I was scheduled for the next day. I was told they will not service us, was not given any reason whatsoever. No reason. Done. I was also treated really poorly by the customer service rep on the phone - she was belligerent and outright rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The treatment was unmerited and I was pretty dumbfounded as to how they could conduct business the way they did and remain in business. I usually don't write reviews but thought I should let the next person know what happened.
