This place is a joke! $55 for garbage. My nails didn't last a whole week. The guy that did them huffed and puffed the whole time and he had the nerve to tell me to come back. I got there at 10am and didn't get out until 12:45. I had a doctor appt at one so he was getting mad at me. He messed up on everything. Look at the lines in the photo. The lines were not even straight or neat. He kept telling me to put my fingers in front of the fan than he got at me telling me I'm messing them up. How if I'm just sitting there not even moving an inch.

I went there a few weeks ago and My 2 girls got Full sets and they were very happy. My son got a pedi and i was not a happy camper because the filter came off while his feet were in the water and all this built up STUFF came out so i alerted the gentleman doing my feet because his attendant left briefly. The man started speaking in his native tongue and then said ok and told my son to put his feet back in after i told him to remove them. So i stated it again that a bunch of Gunk was not in the water. he looked at me , rolled his eyes and started speaking in his native language again. and told my son to put his feet back in instead of cleaning and running new water. I told him to stop on my feet and took my son and spoke to the owner. I was charged $10 for him removing my toenail polish and i stated that i would NEVER be back.

WONDERFUL! It must be competitors who posted those negative ads. Everyone I talk to LOVES this place and the friendly, skillful workers, and the quality of their work.

Terrible! From customer service to finished product.. I got ignored by the lady doing my nails when I asked her a question. She couldn't even polish my nails right and had nail polish all around the edges on my skin. Unbelievable! I could've done a better job on myself blind folded

Kim is by far the best at what she does. This place is amazing and they always remember you!

Terrible experience in having my eyebrows waxed. Tech pulled off tape without warning causing a lot of pain. The area around my eyes were so red that everywhere I went people were asking "what happened?. Never, ever, having them done there.

HORRIBLE! BEFORE STARTING SHE NEVER CLEANED THE CORNERS OF MY NAILS THAT HAD NAIL POLISH SHE WAITED UNTIL THE END WHEN I ASKED HER TO! I WANTED A DARK COLOR AND REPEATED TO HER THAT I WANTED DARK. THEY TURNED OUT LIGHT AND WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER HE WAS GOING TO RECHARGE ME. SHE RUSHE ME THRU THR WHOLE PROCESS. AVOID THIS PLACE. TROPIC NAILS ON GREENFIELD IS A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!!!!

The worse place ever. I had to go to another place and get everything re-done.

I've been coming to send mail for over 3 years and they always do a fantastic job. I would never go anywhere else everybody that works here is polite and friendly and they fill all your needs

This is such as a really pretty and upscale nails salon. I love everything here. They are lil bit busy on the weekend, so I will pick a weekday to go next time. Especially Tiffany, she is awesome. I had a fabulous pedicure yesterday and she cracked me up with all of her funny jokes. I will definitely come back here. I also had pretty flowers on my big toes. OH I forgot, this salon also has free refreshment too.....I got a ton of cookies and soda. What's a treat ...I love treating myself LOL

I absolutely love this place... the price was acceptable for $35 pedi and medi. I had an upscale pedicure (LOL yeah it called deluxe pedicure) which is $10 extra and a regular medicure. But it was absolutely worthy for $10 extra. My nail tech didnt talk much but she was so nice and always asked me if everything is ok. LOL I like it like that cuz seems like she cared about how I feel during the treat. I think her name was Lin...I will come back for sure ^^

Diane is fabulous. Has great recommendations and nails always done well. Also recommend Cindy too.

I really like that my daughter and I get to get pedicures together they have the kiddie spa... Also the spa chairs feels really good.

Had a pedicure with Vien, brought my husband for one too, he had Christen..It was a very relaxing expirerence.. They were professional, funny, efficient , I'd recommmend this place to anyone. Affordable, and a great atmosphere.

I wouldn't go there. My daughter and I tried going there for an eye brow wax and pedicure (separate occaisions) and the tech we had was on her phone while attempting to work on our eyebrows. She was rude and abrupt. I should have known not to go back. My daughter and I went back to get a pedicure, and by the UNLUCK of the draw the same tech did my pedicure. Well she cut my toenail (big toe) incorrectly, and it hurt when she did it, and sue enough a few days later it started to hurt and began to be ingrown and infected. I had to see a podiatrist and have the ingrown toenail surgically removed. Since then (2 weeks since surgery) I've not been able to wear closed toe shoes as I'm still healing. This is awful and painful.

I love this nail spa, my nail tech is Vien and I get treated like a queen. He is funny and takes his time with me to make sure I have the best experience. The others at the spa are very friendly and very helpful.
