Best hookah cups I ever tried in my life and always a comfortable/trusting environment whenever I go.

This place is the place to go if you need any hookah supplies. Amazing orange heads and hookah cups to go. They have so many flavors and great customer service. If you never know what to get they will always help and make suggestions.

First things first, "Senan.S"... If you claim of being a loyal customer, you shouldn't be on here complaining about their $1 dollar extra charge that you inquire about... Second, have you ever wondered if their "rent" went up and their expenses on the store doubled?? Probably not. Based on your comment, you don't seem like you would be capable of recognizing common sense. Before you go sit there and complain about about $1 dollar in public, get your facts straight.. I know you personally... you were not complaining about a dollar last week via Social Media when you asked to take me out . Knowing how you are now, I wouldn't give you the time or day. Their service is actually great. The employees are very nice and generous. I definetly recommend headz on the run for everyone.

New management is awful, orange head 6 wtff all over Dearborn is 5 this guy was like I already made can't cancel it. Never going again I was a full time customer but looking for a new place

Cannot complain about their service. There cups hit like crazy and they have cute workers with a great sense of humor. They make you feel at home and not awkward.

AMAZING!!!!!!! no complaints. Very fast deliveries. Sweet str 8 that deliveries btw. I called at 8:30 and the cup was at my door in 15 mins.

horrible customer service, it takes them almost an our to delivery an orange head and they are very rude over the phone..

they don't take there orders seriously I ordered a hookah cup waited 45 minutes and when they finally delivered it they were just laughing and messing around so unprofessional

Absolutely horrible. Tried them out for the first time last night. I ordered two hookah cups and they lied to my face and gave me the wrong flavor AFTER I asked them if they were sure it was the right flavor. I tried the first head knowing it was the wrong flavor and it was so choked I couldn't even smoke it, terrible experience. They need to learn to listen to the customers if they ever want to grow as a business. I'll be there today to dispute this lie.
