An Amazing Company with nice employees. Always friendly to me. My Lawn has looked amazing for the 3 years I've had there service.

I.would.not.recomend.this.company....,,..they.come.out.and.donot.do.the.whole.yard....ask.to.speak..,,,,,.to.supervisor.but.never.came.out.or.called.me.......sent.some.one.out.to.do.fall.app.missed.half.yard.and.when.i.confronted.him.he.got.in.truck.peel.out...,glad.i.was.home.,,,

BEWARE!!!! Contracted with them to do two lawns this year. First clue should have been when they swung the gates open as hard as they could, knocked the downspout off and left it in pieces with the gate wide open. In July they burned both lawns, left large totally ruined areas and brown circles on the rest. "We'll come out and see if we did it" (what a laugh). Told them not to come back and give me a refund for the rest of the season, as I had pre-paid. Said they couldn't write a check right away and that there would be a return fee. AND that they've "NEVER LOST IN COURT." People, save your lawns and do it yourself. In 34 years my lawns have never looked worse. If I could, I would leave negative stars. They should be called GROW IT BROWN!!!!!!!

I used them the first time last year........I prepaid for the whole year at once and I was not impressed with their service. My lawn did not change or improve at all. As the matter of fact it got worst. I was looking for another company to service my lawn and I start receiving bills for service that was done. I ignorded them since I did not hire them again, they renewed my contract and reported a non payment to the credit bureau. I tried talking to the guy who answered the phone, he acted like I owed him the world. For $35 lousy and I never told them to come back, they screwed up my credit. Bunch jerks and idiots. thieves want the business by typing on their invoice: For your convenience, service continues from season to season. for a change in service, please call our office. Nice way of doing business morons.

CAUTION!!! DO NOT USE THIS LAWN SERVICE!!!! If you value a green, plush lawn then look else where. They completely fried my lawn to the point of no return. When I called to complain they told me I had a fungus (which according to 3 other lawn services) I do not have. When I called to cancel my services Sue got loud with me, saying I didn't know what I was talking about. I'm heartbroken.. My beautiful lawn is completely ruined. It's so bad that I have to replace my lawn next spring.

Ive been with this company for 20 years and each year I get mailed out two letters before any service is done letting me know when they will be out so my spring clean up is complete! My lawn has always been looking great as well! very happy customer from Dearborn.

BEWARE .... They automatically renewed their services this year without any communication at all. I CHOSE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY BURNT MY GRASS.

GROW IT GREEN HAS A VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE...I STARTED SERVICE IN 2013 AND SAW MUCH IMPROVMENT WITH MY LAWN...THERE PROGRAM IS SET UP TO TAKE CARE OF ALL MY WEED ISSUES I HAD PREVIOUSLY...

Grow it Green has been our lawn company for over 15 years and we love their service, office staff and attention to detail. If there is ever a concern, a manager comes out to analyze the problem and make recommendations. We are loyal, happy customers!

They worked with me and have such a friendly staff answering the phones! My lawn has never looked better than it did last year I can't wait for them to start up again is year.

We prepaid Grow it Green this season as a first time “and last time” customer. Our lawn is burned to a crisp!!! We even have a sprinkler system that we ran most of the summer with a water bill to prove. They had every excuse in the book and even advised us to have corrective services done by them that contradict what they advise not to do on their own web site during certain times of the year. I spoke with one of the owners “Sue” who sounded like an uncaring receptionist and not a business owner that would show a little bit of respect or concern and also I might add, was very combative. She pretty much blew us off. I wish I would have read all these customer comments prior to hiring them. Our once beautiful lawn is now dead and they could care less. Just a heads up everyone, they are awful in every aspect and should change their name to “Grown it Brown”!!! Oh, and we have your cash!!

This is one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with a lawn service!!! Unprofessional, unreliable and when they do treat your grass, it either looks like they burned it or they did NOTHING!!! They definitely need to take a class for customer service, which they lack! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This whole experience has been a nightmare, wish I and went with another company from the start!

GROW IT GREEN is the best lawn care company i ever had. My lawn was a mess, I had brown spots and tons of weeds now my lawn is the best one on the block. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Awful customer service..we used this companies services for one summer...and after the last treatment of the year my front lawn was completely dead... I could not get this company to come out and meet w/ me face to face to discuss the problem they simply left a note on my door that said i had a bug infestation however I had several other companies look at it and was told a totally different issue was the problem...using Grow It Green cost me dearly as I had to have new sod installed to my front lawn....I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and would caution anyone that is a current customer to think twice about continuing to use their services

So friend, when they mail you out a quote for lawn fertilizing and then you pay it and then they say "oops, your lawn is bigger than we thought, it's going to cost about twice as much", do not be surprised. Advice in a word; avoid.

Watch out for their shady business practice of "Continued Service Unless You Cancel". Doing business with this company one year to them means you have to pay next year and the following year too. A repugnant policy in every way. This is a policy they have clearly employed to take advantage of the widows and the unfortunate for $30 a shot.
