They are the absolute worse! I wish I had read reviews before calling them! They take your call as if they are a repair company, when in fact they are a call center that refers out work to evidently random, horrible, unprofessional people who don't have a clue. They sent me this guy that runs a business called fix it man appliance repair hus name is Roland, so if you ever come across him run for your life! He was horrible. My washing machine is worse now than before he supposedly fixed it. It took him over a week to fix it, only for it to still be messed up. I paid 200.00. And when I called him upset he told me that I had a bad attitude! Really Sir! And then after calling these people back trying to speak with the person in charge, I still have no resolve except to either call someone else and pay more money or just get a new machine. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

HORRIBLE!!! They are the worst people to deal with. They sent me out someone who did not know what they were doing. Took my money and said dont turn on the appliance for 2 days I called them back after it didnt work he then took more money and never fixed it. When i asked for my money back he refunded me a personal check that bounced!! And the managers are just as bad as they. Told me if i didnt stop calling and asking for my money they would block my number!
