Horrible! A lady named Hamsa did my eyebrows & they were mix match. My left eyebrow has more of an arch & it looks as if I was doing the people's eyebrow. My right eyebrow is has no arch at all. I look surprised. When I asked Hamsa to fix my eyebrow to where they were similar, she got an attitude & told me nothing was wrong. I told her I am a very dissatisfied client & I couldn't believe she had the audacity to charge me after she wouldn't fix my eyebrow. A young lady in the shop even agreed that my eyebrows were very different. The customer service was the rudest that I've ever experienced. And instead of trying to fix my eyebrows or offer any solution at all Hamsa just gave me attitude & rushed me off as if I was wasting her time. On top of that its Mother's Day & I have a brunch to attend & I have to go looking like I have the people's eyebrow all because of Hamsa. I will never return to this location. They need a serious lesson on matching eyebrows & customer service.
