Upon arriving at the station minutes before the train departed, I ended up losing my ticket! Unfortunately I was told to stay aboard I'd have to purchase at least another 1 way ticket or round trip. I did, however; upon returinging from my trip I found my ticket. Afraid Amtrack would dismiss this as "my loss" the gentleman I spoke with remembered exactly who I was and refunded my ticket in total. Amtrack is the best...will travel again via train service....definitely a company that stands behind their word!
