I had checked the web site and it looked good,, said they do commercial moves. Some of the reviews were good. I did not have a good experience with this company. First, the owner did not look at the contents of my house before taking the job. When he arrived, just kept telling me I had a lot of stuff. My quote over the phone was not backed up by an e-mail. I did not get a receipt either. My final bill was almost twice the quote. When I made the two suggestions to look at the contents first and provide documentation, he told me he did not have the time to send e-mails and I should have asked for a receipt. All I can say is they came and loaded the truck. I was not going to write a review and it took me over a week to get the courage up to call them. But his only response was anger at my suggestions and " I am sorry you did not get a receipt". Then he hung up on me.

This company is awful! They moved my grandparents, and charged 400 dollars more then, what was estimated, and the claim for this was because the "hallway was longer." They had my grandma write a check and asked her to leave the "pay to the order of" blank, and did not give her a receipt, which is not legal, you always have to give a receipt. The owner put his personal name on the check to cash it, instead of the business name. When my husband called the owner about this wrong doing and called him out on is unethical way of doing business the owner hung up on him. Not to mention my grandma said she was horrified at how rude the two movers were and the fact that they broke a few of the items that were moved. I highly recommend NEVER using this moving company as they are a bunch of crooked people. It is disgusting how they took advantage of two elderly people in their upper 80's.

I have used this company twice now and both times they have been wonderful. The movers are very friendly and professional. They took the time to help me when I needed it and took very good care of my stuff during both of my moves. I would highly recommend Cole and the guys!!
