This office is not wheelchair friendly. Staff watched me struggle to hold the door open with my shoulder while pushing the patient up the door ramp. The bathroom is just big enough for her and her chair but not someone to assist with transfer from chair to toilet. The patient was fine with the inconvenience.
Dr Levy dispensed medical advice that encouraged a patient to seek additional ER medical care. After being informed that the patient had been evaluated by several medical professionals that day already Dr Levy stood by her advice. Despite highly regarded medical professionals recommending otherwise the patient is choosing emergency care.
I agree that sometimes you have to go with your gut. Unfortunately this scenario has played out 4 other times. Unnecessary ER visits. This patient has daily medical appointments, competent care, attentive caregivers.
The patient is highly satisfied with Dr. Levy.
