About Del Mar Designs Our company is Del Mar Designs, in the Latin language it is "Designs of the Sea." We are a lighting and ceiling fan distributor, displaying the best that lighting and ceiling fans have to offer. Our main showroom is part of a full service design center. We have helped many local and national clients design their homes in a wide variety of styles and decors. Del Mar Designs incorporated in 2003, when industry veterans from Miami, Florida, decided to strike out on their own. Originally, Del Mar Designs only sold fans, but soon expanded to include lighting fixtures for the whole house, and eventually mirrors. The first showroom was in South Daytona, a four-hour drive away from the heart of Miami. While selling through the showroom to shoppers and designers alike, we started to sell product online. Known for service, we quickly grew and begin hiring soon thereafter. In 2007, Del Mar Designs outgrew the original site and moved to Ormond Beach, a short distance away. We acquired a much larger warehouse to house our larger stock of product and increased staffing, to meet ever increasing customer demands. We have grown every year, and we are looking to keep growing.
