The only reason I did not give 5 stars on the expertise and Professionalism is because....No one is perfect and if they were perfect they wouldn't be as kind, good and gentle as they are with our "kids". ALL of the Dr's are great but Dr Sachs is the best around!! He's honest very professional, easy and gentle with the animals. I have been to other Vet offices but that was before I got use to Dr Sachs, NO comparison!! I've not only used this office for my own fur kids but for my grand dogs as well.
I highly recommend these kind people.

I brought my pet in last month for her shots. I have never received anything but excellent service at this vet clinic/hospital. The only downside is the wait time. But I was there late afternoon so it was crowded. I must say my little cat behaved perfectly in my arms in her blanket while in a roomful of dog owners, including a couple of big ones! (The dogs..not the owners!) She keep a watchful eye on all of them. Although, she did glance at me a couple of times with a glare that said "What WERE you thinking??!?!" Keep in mind, in addition to our domesticated pets, these guys also treat local farm animals! Needless to say, they have their very experienced hands full! Don't think I've ever been there that there wasn't a horse in the parking lot! They work a long day & provide great care. I decided to post this after reading a few less that stellar reviews. I know my personal experience here, so I thought they deserved to know. Sorry about the extra review about my cat! B.G.

Want a clinic that will not overcharge, yet give you excellent care for your pet? This is the clinic for you. You don't need an appointment. You just show up during business hours. They have been a blessing to our family by providing excellent care at a reasonable cost. Do they work out of a fancy million dollar facility? No. It is a bare bones building, but I prefer what our pets receive to a pretty building. Quality care and outstanding vets.

I called this office on a Friday to make an appointment and got a very rude office person on the phone. I hoped to encounter some friendlier staff at my visit, but came face-to-face with the unpleasant office manager in person. After waiting 45 minutes in a small waiting area crammed with half a dozen people that arrived AFTER I did (the office was empty when I got there) my girlfriend asked the woman behind the counter if she had any idea how much longer the wait would be. The woman said 'welcome to Saturdays, I'm just the office manager." Offices of all kinds should know that there front desk people represent the entire staff because those are on whom we base our first and most important impression. After encountering such a rude person, I had no intention of spending my money or time in such a place. I walked out, and made arrangements at another clinic. I won't have ANYONE unpleasant dealing with my animal's health.
