This is a terrible bank for service. I only stay with them because of the interest rates but that might only keep me so long. After 6 years I have had at least 6 new debit cards and numerous credit cards because the bank will switch cards. They say they give you notice then don't send your card and shut the old one off. Then you have to drive to the bank, get treated rudely, wait in a line, just to get a new card. Also, they turn off your card when you travel and you have to tell them (great for military folks like me). This bank is only about making the bank happy. They don't care about the customer. I am not sure how much longer I will put up with all these credit cards. Also they are condescending and rude when you write a complaint letter. Now the debit cards and credit cards look EXACTLY alike but the response from WPCU is there is a wavy green line. Well great. That is not much different than the wavy gold line on the other card. EXACTLY ALIKE. I don't need to be treated that bad by a bank!!
