It is hard to complain about a low income house. But, air come through my outlets, repairs are done poorly or not at all, the doors dont line up in doorways, cabinets either, plugs fall out of walls, walls are thin I hear my neighbor cuss out her toddlers everyday, garbage on ground etc.
