My family lived here for just over a year and it was our worst experience. Things look fine at first glance, but the place is poorly maintained...mold is painted over, the windows are broken, and the worst is the water bill. No meter is individually read and the bill has consistently increased every month. At one point, we were away on vacation for 3 weeks and got the same bill we get every month. On calling the water company they confirmed that the office uses a formula to bill each household...it's not actual consumption. I would not recommend this place to even someone I didn't like!

I lived at the woods of centerville for 3 yrs and loved just about every minute of it!! I lived in a one bedroom apartment and I had a cute little balcony and a beautiful view of the woods. I never had an issue with anyone (other than some kids who kept throwing their candy wrappers down out side) My neighbors were always very polite. Any time I had a problem with anything in my apartment I would call the office or just say something to one of the maintenance guys when I saw them out and it was alway taken care of propmtly! the manager was always nice and friendly. Plus the pool was awesome. I am currently relocating back to that area and I will be moving back into the woods of centerville!
