My husband did the roof on this church and then later did work on their steeple. The pastor said the steeple looked great but then asked to delay final payment because they were refinancing the church so my husband waited for the final payment even though he had done the work for almost no profit since it was a small church. He has never received the payment yet the pastor has kept the insurance money that he received to fix the steeple. He has tried to say the steeple is not level even though at the time, he said it looked great. A level has been put up side of the steeple showing that it is indeed level. I do not think I would care to be a member of a church with a pastor who behaves like this
