DO NOT MOVE HERE! Living here was the worst decision I could have made for my year in Kettering for graduate school. When I did my initial walk through a few weeks prior to moving in, there were a few leaks in the ceiling that I was assured would be fixed before my move in date. They were not. Long story short, despite NUMEROUS phone calls, in person visits, and maintenance requests, the leak was never properly fixed and 15 months later when I moved out, I still had buckets and towels in the walk in closet (which I was never able to use during my time there). In addition, I paid for covered parking in the winter. This did NOT prevent other cars from parking in my spot, which happened on a daily basis. I was told by the office staff that just because I had leased a parking spot, it was not their policy to monitor the parking lots and it was my responsibility to call the police and have cars towed from my parking spot if I so desired. Finally, while living there I had the opportunity to watch numerous arrests from my window. Do not move here...I can assure you that you will regret it. There are many other complexes in Kettering that are just as reasonably priced that have competent employees, take pride in their property, and care about their tennants. Check out one of those complexes...I certainly should have!
