After contacting several professional printers in the south Dayton area, Mock and Associates went the extra mile and give us the extra consideration we needed. Being a brand new business trying to keep our expenses to a minimum, we are experimenting with a new form and didn't want to order the typical first order required of 250 - 500. Lindsey, however, went above and beyond and took the extra step to provide us a smaller order at a very reasonable price within our budget. Now that's true customer service. Nice to know that successful larger businesses understand and consider the smaller new businesses. Thank you, Lindsey!
