My ex is BJ the sales guy. He is a habitual felon and drug addict... burglary, forgery, prostitution, assault, theft, domestic violence, DUI’s, his rap sheet is pages long. This is the only place he could get a job bc they hire all felons/addicts... the fat lady in CS is a felon, the other sales guy just did 2-3 in prison for a manslaughter charge... another is a sex offender... the guy that loads up the appliances did 17 yrs for kidnapping a judge. They are cons and liars... their products don’t work... read the reviews and go to the BBB... they buy them on bidding sights. It’s a joke even my ex filled me in on what a joke it is.
And how they have illegals working on the appliances. They pay him under the table 1099. So he doesn’t have to pay his child support. DO NOT BUY HERE. Message me and I’ll give you more details! Or do your homework.

I bought a washer and dryer from there in March 2016 from the owner. I was told by owner that if there was ever any issues to just call and they would fix it and/or be happy to help....should have got that in writing. Of course, in less than a year my dryer stopped working. Tried fixing it myself because they were so hard to get in touch with and of course it's still broken. Tried again to get in touch with them, took almost a week for them to return my call and when they finally did, they offered no assistance with their crappy product whatsoever except a phone number to a repair place where i pay 100% of the charges. I asked if the owner would be willing to call me since he promised me assistance and he's the owner so I thought he might care... Of course I never received a call. Do not shop here, it's the true definition of "buyer beware", even if you deal with the owner...will never return or recommend to anyone!

I had a budget and they worked with me and I got everything I wanted and more! Top brands! Thanks, BJ!

Our third trip to this (what appears to be an avg.) store, but not the case folks. This store and it's team are nothing short of excellent and if you know what you're doing and what you want , this is the place to go. i have seen and read some of the negative reviews and I am a betting man and betting those were created by real losers out the gate! If you want something for nothing, go on to craigslist and look in the free section .

If you know what you want, tell the folks at the store and give them the opportunity to get it for you and save some money! The service here is second to none and the staff all are respectful and really do care. Don't go by the losers that post their low life opinions, take it from me, (a guy that used to be in the business for years) and one that now lives in the area and recognizes excellence when I see it. This store and all of it's members are adopted by me as extended family and I highly recommend and suggest you give them a shot!!

The day I went in I bought a washer and dryer. The washer literally fell apart on the way out to the car. They let me select another one. Got them both home. The dryer doesn't work. Now they want ME to pay 60 dollars for them to come fix it. Poor, Rude service. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service . MY 500.00 fridgerator quite after struggling for 2 months trying to get these people to fix it ...i was told after the first time they came out and made excuses for the way it was running that ....I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SERVICE CHARGE FOR THEM TO COME BACK OUT IF THEY FOUND NOTHING AGAIN AND IF THEY SWITCHEF FRIDGES OUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A 50.00 DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THAT AND I AM A SINGLE STRUGGLING MOM WHO HAD JUST LOST 200 worth of food in old fridge now dealing with these scam artist..I HAD NO MONEY TO SPEAR FOR ANYTHING AFTER BUYING A 500.00 fridge...NO THISMORNING WE ARE SITTING HERE 3 children and no food BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE SOLD ME AND SCAMMED ME A FRIDGE THAT QUIT AFTER 2 month..I DONT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT...HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU DO TJIS TO????

Junk!!!!! I Purchased a washer for 250$, after 40 days it broke. I guess I was hoping for some help, instead I was told that its only a 30 day warranty, sorry for your luck.. They did offer me a $50.00 discount if I bought another washer from them,, But what's the point,, It's just more junk that will break!!!!! I should have spent the extra money on a new washer at a reputable store. This place sells junk, and prays upon people who need an appliance at a lower cost.. The store is very dirty , and as another person said, there refrigerators stink.. and are moldy.. My final thought is,, save your money and go somewhere else.. This place doesn't care about you or your money,, they just want to make a sale!

How this company stays in business is beyond me. They have the worst customer service and delivery I have ever seen. Their story changes every time you talk to them, the straight up lie to you

Needed some expensive repairs on my dryer and opted to just buy a used one from Prestige instead and save some money. Initially I had some problems with my original purchase, started to get worried as it didn't work from day one. They sent a repairman out to fix the problem, still no heat from the dryer. I was a little concerned that I may have made a bad choice in choosing to buy used. About a week after the initial delivery, they offered to either replace or try again to repair the unit, I opted for a replacement which is working great! They even swapped them out the same day. Kristen and BJ were awesome to deal with at the store, very apologetic that I was having trouble. They took the time to make sure I was taken care of and was completely satisfied before I left. Although I had some doubts along the way, Prestige came through in the end and took care of my issue. Kudos to Kristen and BJ for taking a bad experience and turning it into a positive one!

I don't have a problem with this company. We have bad credit and qualified for financing. We got a brand new bed (bed bug free, which is great considering everywhere is infested). We bought a stove which was only a year old, I bought it in Sept. and yet to have a problem.

Don't even think about giving your money to this place! Because that is exactly what you are doing when you buy something from this so called business. They are nothing more than scam artists who can pay rent in a building vs. selling crap out of their van. They fix up appliances so they will last through the 30 day warranty then when your stove, refrigerator or washer and dryer break, they will say, "sorry your 30 day warranty is over". They pump freon into the refrigerators so it will mask a compressor issue. Check them out on BBB! They have now, 41 complaints against them for crappy service and crappy products. Do yourself a favor and turn around and go to Lowes or Sears! If I could post this without giving them ANY stars I would!

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! Their appliances are cheap because they break and good luck getting a hold of anyone because it will go to an answering machine. I was told a manager would call me later that day- NOPE!.. Then told they'd call me 2 days from then.. and NOPE!!! My fridge broke on its warranty date and they KNOW they should fix it but choose NOT to return my calls instead! They have a good system going though. Fix the products enough so they last a few weeks, then charge the people $80 an hour plus parts to have them fixed! WELL DONE PRESTIGE THIEVES, WELL DONE!! In other words, DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

I bought a stove from them and after we got it home I kept getting a electric shock in my fingers when I was touching it and my sink at same time. If you pick up you have to take it back to them or pay $45 for them to come out but free labor for 1 year. Called mon and told the girl what was going on and asked the hours. They were open the weekend but luckily before we loaded it up sat i had my husband call. Nobody there over the weekend to work on it. So just paid the fee for them to come out. She was to call mon but I had to call because i hadn't heard from them and was told the lady that works on them would call me back in 15- 20 min. Over an hour and a half later i called back again. set it up for wed and when wed came she called and moved it up to thurs. Now we had checked the cord and unplugged it and plugged it back numerous times. She came out and unplugged it tried to take the back off but the screws were stripped. so she plugged it back in and it wasnt doing it anymore. Now she says she doesn't know why it was doing it but then says the plug wasn't all the way in and the store manager says we owe another $45 because didn't find problem with stove. We call the manager and she says that there is a sign posted in the store and that they dont have that in the written warranty they staple to your receipt because they dont want to pay the extra money to have it redone. Told her were not paying it. She voided warranty in retaliation. Not right .Bad customer service. Nice stove but too many games after the sale.

You Must Try This Place!! I just moved into my first house (Newly Weds) We needed everything! HHGregg wanted $4300 and Sears wanted $3900. We bought Queen Pillowtop Mattress set washer dryer stove refrigerator and a dishwasher all for..............$1109. They delivered it all on the day I moved in. They hooked up everything and showed us how everything worked. They even called 45 min before Delivery! Great place awesome customer service!
