Dropped mower off for warranty service & was quoted one week. After one week I called the shop to get a status. I was told it had not been looked at & I would recommend a call on Monday. The following FRIDAY, I called back & was told they were waiting on parts & they would call me the next Monday. Again on the next FRIDAY, I was told it would be done the following Wednesday. I arrived that Wednesday to pick up my mower which had a $52 drive belt replace NOT under warranty, which I was never informed of during the three weeks of contact i initiated with them... so after paying the $52 to get my mower back I returned home to mow my yard, halfway through the backyard (less than 1/2 acre) the back wheel fell off.

Great job Paul ... your craftsmanship, apparently matches your customer service ! They're both horrible, I wouldn't take ANYTHING to this place... EVER.

My son ran over a pipe with our Husqvarna self-propelled mower, severely bending the blade. He then tipped the mower over toward the carb side, causing oil to run out of the carb. At first, thought was mower was junked. Called Paul's and was told to just bring it in and they would look at it. After 15 minutes at the shop, mower was running with a new blade, cleaned plug, and cleaned out carb, all for the cost of a new blade!. Other Husqvarna mower repair places I called suggested bringing it and they would have their mechanic look it over with a $50.00 min charge, plus most likely a new engine. Paul's treated us fair-and-square, and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND you try them to!
