My Son sent flowers to me for Mother's Day. Upon speaking with him on Sunday, Mother's Day - May 14, 2017, he asked me if I received the flowers he sent? He stated that the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13, 2017. I advised him that I did not received a delivery and there was not a note of an attempted delivery on Saturday either. I was out of the house Saturday AM but returned home early afternoon around 2PM. In addition, I did not attend church on Sunday, May 14, 2017 and there was no delivery attempt. I requested my Son to contact the florist and cancel the flowers. Today is Monday and I was home all AM and left to run an errand @ 2:15PM and returned to find a delivery notice dated 5/14/2017 - 2:41PM advising the delivery was left with my neighbor. Upon reviewing Oberer's hours of operation, it states they are opened on Saturday and Sunday - yet I received my Mother's Day Flowers today - Monday -- I do not consider this good professional business and will not utilize or refer this business again. If unable to complete a delivery as requested by the customer -- please advise the customer instead of making the sale and delivering at your convenience.

I live in the Seattle area, but I can always depend on Oberer's to deliver the most beautiful flowers and plants to my family in the Dayton area for all of the special occassions and holidays that I have not been able to be there. Oberer's truly makes customer satisfaction a priority, and it is evident in every arrangement they deliver!!! The customer service is EXCELLENT. Thank You Oberer's. ❤️

I have been a customer of Oberer's Flowers in Dayton, OH for many years and had never been disappointed with their customer service nor their actual flowers sent until last week. A very close friend of mine lost her brother unexpectedly and I was the designated one of 6 friends to order flowers from the group to be delivered to the funeral home for the viewing. I was most upset and embarrassed to see what awaited me there at the viewing was very sub-par from their usual standards and I do not feel the value of what was arranged and delivered was at all what was expected. I had ordered a basket with flowers and plants that were to be individually arranged in the basket in separate containers to be removed and planted both outside and inside the house afterwards. The basket was nice and quite large but there were not enough flowers/plants to fill the space thus making it look cheap and poorly arranged with big areas open and nothing in them. I would not have been so upset if they had used a smaller basket or even filled the remaining open spots with something. They had some cheap strips of paper clipping hanging out of the basket in several spots which really added to the cheap look of the arrangement. These could have and should have been left out. The real kicker was the prominent colorful Xennia flower in the front of the basket that was missing numerous petals as though they had been plucked off. My friends who had gone in on the order with me even commented on them to me aside once that had seen what had been ordered by me. They told me of their unhappiness with the order. I do not think I will be ordering from your company again as I do not want to be embarrassed like this again! Carol Kahle

I used Oberer's for our wedding 11.11.2011. They did a great job. The presentation of my wedding flowers, centerpieces, bouquets etc were fantastic and every one loved them. we met with them maybe 3 times, first for a look, 2nd for a change of idea, and 3rd time we finalized all of our plans... Pricing is high compared to other places, so maybe not for those with a lower budget. The only negative things i have to say why we didnt give them a 5 stars, is because they used the green hydrangeas instead of the blue/purple ones in our bouquets, even though they were pretty, it still wasn't what we asked for, and the boutonnieres and corsages were not labeled so that made it hard to know who got what even though they took names down for us o the invoice... But other then that, i can't wait to see the photos of the flowers from our night!!!

I am so thankful my husband discovered Oberer's a few years ago. I'm lucky that my husband sends me flowers several times a year. What a difference when he tried Oberer's. I told him to never buy flowers anywhere else! Every arrangement is beautiful and it's the only place I've received roses where they all opened!
