Good clean automated wash. Brushes and top brushes are soft and free of grit. tire/wheel wash does pretty good for a machine. Better than spending hours doing it your self. I trust the wash with my "spotless" muscle car.

Was laughed at by the woman who I assumed was the manager. I have been thru there several times before and twice I had to go back thru because the back was still filthy. They had cleaned it and sent me thru a second time. They had always been professional and friendly. Today,1-21-06 @ 3:30 pm, I went thru and before they started I told them about the problem with the back. They said they would take care of it and started spraying the back. I assumed they wiped it down as before. After the wash, I inspected the work and found the back was still dirty so I went around again. The woman said there was nothing they could do, after the car wash wasn't perfect. When I told here about past experiences, she said they haven't done that for two years. She then offered to wipe the dirt off with a rag she was holding and said it would probably scratch the paint and she wouldn't be responsible. I told her no, I would rather find someone who would clean my car properly. That is when she laughed
