Initially they were awesome. The place is nice. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my wedding reception there. They tack on additional charges for every little thing. I felt abused. I was talk to with very little respect and I felt powerless because once you make down payment your locked into the deal. Our bartender was the good although he drank MY LIQUOR. But MR.JOE was totally disrespectful and has no feelings. He can careless about customer service. It was all about a dollar to him. They charge to much for amenities, especially since you pay to rent the place. I mean down to paying for ICE. This place is not that lavish and its small. After I got done paying my life savings(lol) for poor customer service and regret I wish I had chose another location.

Marian Manor was perfect for my wedding reception. I changed locations to Marian Manor and I'm so glad I did. It had everything I needed and personnel were accommodating and helpful. I was so relieved after dealing with another hall that was really stressing me out. With almost 240 guests we had enough room to dance, which was very important to us. It is simple, pretty much an open slate to decorate however you'd like. Lights, table clothes, and table decorations dressed up the room beautifully. Trees and a field surround the Manor, providing lots of privacy and peaceful surroundings for some fresh air – or play on the swings ;) Lots of halls are surrounded by parking lots and other businesses so the privacy was really nice. I brought in caterers so I didn't use their kitchen, but it was available. We wanted our wedding day to be simple, classy, and fun for our guests. It really was perfect for us and I wouldn't change a thing.
