I have been using Liberty Maids for several months, and have been very satisfied. They are friendly and professional, and take care to keep communications open. They are reliable and efficient, and I recommend them!

Liberty Maids do a very good job. I trust them to come into my home. They have done an excellent job on the special things I have asked them to do. The price is very reasonable. I would recomend them.

My family very much appreciates Liberty Maids service. None of us likes cleaning, but we like a reasonably clean home. Using Liberty Maids gives us the time to do things we enjoy more than cleaning! We also appreciate that the Liberty Maids accept our dogs being in the house when they arrive.

We have always been very pleased with their services and would definitely recommend them. If there is ever a problem it is immediately resolved.

Liberty has cleaned our house for many years. They've always arrived when expected and have done a great job. Of course, we think we have their best person, Melissa. Every once in a while, due to scheduling or holidays, they have to change the appointment, but they always call and talk to us about it.



Liberty also cleaned my mother's house for a year or two and she was very happy. Mom recently moved to a senior living facility where they do have their own cleaning staff. But they're not as good as Liberty, so she's started to call them for an occasional "extra cleaning" .



Our experience has been that when you get maid for the first time, it takes a couple cleanings for her to become familiar with your house and the things you want done. They know all the basic things, but each house is different.



I would highly recommend Liberty Maids.

Several years ago, I injured my back. I found Liberty Maids in the yellow pages and called to learn more about the compant. I met Rebecca who was extremely professional and sincerely concerned for my health. She sent the cleaner Melissa to help me out. Melissa is awesome and still cleaning for me (my health is fine). Melissa makes my floors shine, my three bathrooms sparkle, and even changes my heavy bedding. I am so excited as I just learned that Melissa has just been promoted within this great company. Congratulations Melissa!

We received the name of Liberty Maids through a friend who was utilizing them, along with the fact I met Rebecca at that same girl's baby shower! Rebecca is very friendly, happy, energetic, and has a contagious smile. Being the manager, she came to our home to give us a quote for our biweekly services, which is for maintenance. She was very professional but also provided a sense of personability. She ensured us that there is only 1 maid in the house at any time, to cut down on any potential problems should there be any, as well as they try to use the same Maid each visit. The prices are very reasonable, considering we are both full time parents, with 2 small children. Time is money!! They save me the time and aggravation of having to clean the house to the extent that it needs it. We have company in town nearly monthly, so it is nice not have to stress the entire week prior to their arrival to ensure the house is clean, especially the bathrooms. Additionally, a la carte services are also available as needed that are also very reasonably priced. With spring cleaning ahead of us, we will again utilize the mini blind cleaning and interior window cleanings as well. Having Liberty Maids cleaning for us has kept us up on keeping the house picked up as well! Great job. I have referred others to use them as well.

I appreciated the business approach, the bonding and the form provided for extra services. I have been very pleased with how clean my house is, how issues are resolved quickly and the ease of doing business with Liberty Maids. Their pricing structure is reasonable and can be arranged to fit individual needs. I am so happpy to come home to a clean house! Now I don't have to worry about impromtu parties or drop ins. As a mother of two small children who works part-time and entertains frequently within my home, I just can't imagine life without Liberty Maids. My family has used Liberty Maids for several years and absolutely love the service they provide us. I began service with them when we moved into our new home which they cleaned before we moved. I was hooked ever since then. Now we use them bi-weekly for maintenance and choose additional service as needed. During the holidays it was great to have them come into our home and not only clean our general living space but also my fridge, stove and even help with laundry. Each employee does have a different cleaning technique so it is important to let the owners know what your needs are so they can make the right match.

Liberty Maids has been a lifesaver for my family. With two parents working full time and two small children, the last thing we had the time or energy to do was thoroughly clean the house! Liberty Maids makes the entire process very easy, they communicate well - following up to be sure you are satisfied, signed receipts left to show your payment and they are very professional.

We have been using Libery Maids ever since 1979. They have always been thorough and reliable.Melissa, our maid, is wondeful and an expert cleaner. We think of Bobby and Rebecca as members of our family. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else for my cleaning!

My life has been so much easier since using Liberty Maids. My husband and I are both great at picking up on a daily basis, but hate the work of detailed cleaning- especially bathrooms. We use Liberty Maids every other week and have them do the "maintenance" service, which includes bathrooms, dusting, mopping, etc. We've been pleased with the overall service. They've never missed an appointment and it's so nice to come home after work to a sparkling home!

We had been using Liberty Maids every other week for almost a year. The day before they were scheduled to clean for us, they called and told us they would no longer clean our house. They completely left us in the lurch right before the holidays and were unconcerned that they cancelled our service the day before it was due. The man who called to cancel was rude and did not offer any explanation other than they no longer had enough cleaning ladies and did not want our business. We had not been happy with the quality of their cleaning, but had not been able to take the time to find someone else, this forced the issue.



A month after they told us they didn't want our business, we received their newsletter requesting a review. We were amazed that they didn't have the courtesy to update their mailing list, but were also pleased to be provided a forum to warn others away. We have since found a better and more reliable cleaning service, so it worked out for the best.

I've used this service regularly for a couple of years. Normal for these folks is well above average. They arrive promptly and are constantly in motion the entire time. Before each visit, the time/cost is discussed. Upon arrival, goals and specific instructions are discussed. Each seems to have their own routine of cleaning but all arrive at the same finish---a well cleaned house. I would recommend this business to anyone and I have.

Liberty Maids will do a great job cleaning your home. They do almost everything you would expect. They offer "extras" for an additional fee such as loading your dishwasher, cleaning your refrigerator, deep cleaning of your bathroom(s), cleaning your cupboards, cleaning cob webs, etc.



My only suggestion would be if you like the way a particular housekeeper cleans your house, try to get them each time. If you don't specifically request the cleaner, they will send whoever is available at the time you're requesting. Unfortunately, they don't send a robot over that's programmed to clean your house identically each time, so each cleaner has his or her own way of doing things. Some cleaners are more detail-oriented than others while others seem to do just what is expected. And sometimes things are overlooked, which is only human nature. The upside to this is Liberty Maids invites you to call and let them know if something was overlooked within 24 hours and they will make it right.



We have also never noticed any shady activity from any of the Liberty Maids staff such as theft or anything along those lines. I believe Liberty Maids is insured against this, though, in case one of their staff winds up being of the unscrupulous sect of society.



We have our house cleaned once a month. We have no kids, a cat and a dog and they effects of their cleaning is relatively long-lasting. I would recommend Liberty Maids to anyone who despises cleaning his or her own house.

Service and Professionalism is top notch. We have had Liberty Maids for several months now and they do a wonderful job and are kind, courteous and knowledgable. I would suggest Liberty Maids for all of your household needs.

Liberty Maids has been cleaning my home for the past few years. We have been extremely happy with their level of service . It's nice having a maid you can trust, while knowing your home is being taken care of. Our maid goes "above and beyond" to make sure everything is done right. There is no dusting around things or skipping areas. They are very detailed oriented, and extremely reliable. The owners take the time to get to know you, and check in regularly to make sure we're happy. I would recommend Liberty Maids to anyone in need of maid service.
