I am a recent college graduate of UD and lived at Huntley Ridge Apartments in Kettering. The convenience of the property right up the street from the college was nice I could ride my bike to school. The property was always nice and clean, management responded immediately to any service requests I had. As a female I loved that I could pull into my garage with remote entry and close my garage door prior to entering my apartment. My apartment was newly renovated with all new counter tops, cabinets, appliances, carpet and tile throughout. The walls were thick so I could not hear my neighbors. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and because I am an avid bike rider the trail was nearby. Overall I had a great experience!!

*Currently live here as of 1/6/17, have lived here for 11 Months now*
Pros:
-Recently updated, when we moved in we had new fans, new blinds, new carpeting, new kitchen counters, new laminated kitchen flooring, new bathroom cabinets etc.
-Townhouse has thick concrete walls so it's relatively hard to hear neighbors, in some places you can hear talking but otherwise it's quiet
-Having a garage is great! (With W/D hookup)
-Landlord is a very nice guy and will get requests done in a quick manner (told him a hallway light was out and it was replaced that day)
-New Blacktop asphalt for parking lot

Cons:
-Garage entry is tight, wide vehicles and tall suvs will struggle
-Wall Unit A/C
-Some neighbors are a little iffy, it's getting better but there used to be a family of 8 or so living in one townhouse with trash everywhere, landlord finally found out and they were gone.

OVERALL: This is a quick review but it was a great place to live, didn't have any issues, no bugs, no mold, nothing bad, we were and are left alone to ourselves
