I had to have a tub fixture replaced and all of the other plumbers told me that they would have to tare out a portion of my tile and wall to install the new fixture. Howerton came in and replaced the old fixture with a new anti-scald fixture (which is bigger than the original fixture) without taring out the tiles and wall. It works beautifully, no leaks, cleaned up all the mess and replaced the outside faucet also. It was a little pricey but well worth it. Great job!

Howerton was very timely when dealing with our plumbing issue and their whole team is very professional. We have used them several times without any issue. Would recommend.

I have had so many problems with my sinks, faucets leaking, I talked to Howerton Plumbing Matt came out , fixed everything just like that ! I was so impressed I'll never call any other plumber around except the Howerton group !!

Howerton plumbing was contracted to do a whole master bath renovation. They performed all work as described in the estimate. They were professional in all of their workmanship. I have and will recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We called Howerton to quote us for a condo remodel to include 2 baths and a kitchen. The owner (Matt Howerton) came out, looked at the job and told us he would get back to us within a day or two. It's been three weeks now and he's never called. We've left voicemail and even called the office. Nothing. I find this behavior highly unprofessional at best. I can only assume that the job is outside the scope of his plumbing abilities. He should have at least had the decency to return a phone call.

Nope. Never again. I used these guys to fix a simple toilet leak. When the job was done I could still hear the toilet run. The plumber told me, "Sometimes you just can fix 'em". Well I paid them and called another plumber (Southtown). Guess what ? Sometimes you CAN fix 'em!

They were asked to Winterize my sprinkler system. They provided no quote & then charged double what my prior company charged & my system has not worked since. [it did not run the entire summer and still does not function today]

The work was supposed to be in addition to hooking up my water softener.

i had told them the handiman from the prior year had charged and they offered to prep my system while they were at the house. When they sent their bill for double what the work cost the year before I complained.

Then When I tried to use the system months later (in the summer) it did not work and to this day has not been functional since the day they left.

Rather than resolve the billing dispute or repair the system Howerton sent my account to collections, where it now represents the only derogatory item on my credit report.

When I have time I will take them to claims court for ruining my sprinkler system and damaging my credit.

They came in to do some work on our toilets, they were fast, reasonable and very polite. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

This company came in for a simple snaking of my tub drain and proceeded to break my tub stopper. They denied any responsibility and wanted to charge extra to fix it. They do not stand behind their work and are very rude. They also threatened to sue me for posting bad reviews online. I highly recommend that you do not use this company.
