I was referred to Horizons From my Caresource Case Manager. And I had to get 3 Referrals,1 Of My Referrals went straight thru.Waited 2 weeks to go back to discuss my Lab Results.So I Say "What about My Other 2 Referrals? They said Well It takes time to find A Dr.That takes my Ins. BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A PHONE CALL BY NOW. So they looked up my records & Lo & Behold THEY FORGOT TO SEND THE RHEUMATOLOGIST & PAIN REFERRALS OUT. OH SORRY THEY SAID> WE WILL GET RIGHT ON IT! OK I SAID. Got a call saying my Rheum.Ref Was sent.Waited 4 Days & Called to check on the Pain Ref.Mind you That I Have Pain from My Neck down to my toes "LITERALLY" I was Hit & Runover by a car In 94. I Have RA,Osteo Arthritis,Fibromyalgia. 1 Hern Dis in my neck 7 Hern Disks In my Back. Scoliosis.Degenerative Disk Disease. So I am in agony Everyday,All Day.Dread waking Up. And I cant get 1 Competent Person to do their Job N to get My Ref sent out! To The right place,My Ref was sent Back to My Pain Clinic IN NC Where I used to live.!!!!!! I am IN So Much Rage RightNow I Could Go Up In Flames! Im soooo Ticked Off!!! LORD HELP THEM TO GET THIS DONE LORD! AND DONE RIGHT!! PLEASE LORD IN JESUS NAME,I PRAISE & PRAY,AMEN. I Have Waited A Year For A GOOD DR. I was told BY MY CASE MANAGER,That This DR. WAS GOOD. And that She would help me. WHY LORD? WHY IS IT SOOO HARD FOR ME TO GET THE HELP THAT I NEED?
