cool signature pieces!!! very nice

bought a suit on Thursday for my dad to attend a funeral. I specifically asked if it did not fit would I be able to exchange it. The customer service representative stated that it would not be a problem I could exchange it if needed but couldn't get a refund. I got a hem and sent the suit to Cleveland. unfortunately the who was too small. I return the sUit and was told because there were alterations I could not exchange the suit. No where was this posted or mentioned to me. The sales rep was extremely rude and didn't offer no type of help. I am out 130 dollars and they had no remorse. What horrible customer service. I have been a customer for twenty years. I will never step a foot back in the store again.
