I stayed at the Guest Suites for several months. I enjoyed my stay and had no complaints until after I left. I had to call the manager several times about the return of my security deposit. I was told there were no problems with my unit upon departure, and that I would be receiving my full deposit in the mail. I waited, waited, and waited. Then, I wrote a firm letter requesting the return of my deposit. Still nothing. Finally, I had to return to the location to speak to the manager. Still, nothing. 4-months later, I receive a note from the manager with a check for my deposit MINUS $225.00!!! The manager "claimed" there were damages to a recliner as well as damage to the carpet. He claimed the ENTIRE CARPET had to be replaced!!! The manager, Chris Timpone, is a crook and a liar. Plain and simple. I FULLY INTEND to file suit against him. If you need a temporary place to stay, do yourself a favor, pass Guest Suites up. This site will not allow a rating of NO STARS...otherwise, THAT is the rating I would give Guest Suites.

The owner Chris is known to act like a small child at times and changes his mind at a drop of a hat. Nice man but the place is over priced and the owner needs to grow up.
