Took my Shepard Mix, Ozzy, to Furry Friends and ALL went FINE. Owners are very NICE to my dog and to me. Extremely fair price. Ozzy went for a bath, teeth cleaning & nail trimming. I and Ozzy will be a repeat customers!

BTW, you do not have to struggle leaving your dog off inside, due to there being a partition where the dog goes with them. This makes the experience much more stress free!

If I could post a photo of my boy's lion cut, I would. He's a purring ball of velvet tonight.



Yes, you might drop your baby off at 8 AM and give them the whole entire day to trim your pet.



Obviously, the previous reviewer thinks his baby is the snowflake of the year (fair enough, we all do). But consider this: you've left your baby at a strange place, and in your baby's mind, they're devastated. Albeit, no human wants to do put their little souls through an entire day of that, but the groomers know better. They know there's a possibility your little snowflake is stressing out, big time. Groom for a bit, set aside, treat, relax, rinse & repeat. That's why it MIGHT take all day. They are sweet to your animal. Some take it well, some not so much. Unless you're a regular, it's 50-50.



My kitty looks amazing with his lion cut. I do it because horrible hairballs.



They took good care of my snowflake. He's sexy and he knows it.

1) Dave comment sounds like a child, whinning because he didnt pick up the cat till later... who gives a crap you had to wait, thats irrelevant to how good of care or job they did. You have no idea what or why it took them that long to get to her/him.



2) Janet is crying because they cut the dog short? thats exactly what you asked for ding bat. It might be like a poodle per say in your eyes, but thats definitely a "summer" cut for a Maltese. If you wanted something more specific you should of showed them a picture, not say "cut her short for summer" that means nothing.





the only legit post is from Nadia and thank you for making it seem like they took good "care" of your puppy with age issues. I will be going there asap and will post a REAL review.

The one thing I can tell you is the lady who answered the phone was VERY nice and laughing even though I was being complicated with my words.



The price is ALREADY very reasonable and she said thats the "high-end" for a dog she has yet to see in person. The price was amazing she gave me. Anything under $70 for a 60lb dog is a good deal. Try cutting your dog's hair and see how long it takes, takes me roughly 2 cut him alone, let alone bath him and clean up. Not to mention the hassle of sitting in uncomfortable positions the entire time.

You drop your cat off at 8:00 in the morning and have to wait until 5:00 in the afternoon to pick it up. It only takes less than 1/2 hour to shave a cat, why the wait? It's not healthy for the cat.

Took my Maltese to this groomer and told her I wanted a summer cut but not too short. When I picked her up she looked like a poodle. Her face was cut so her nose shape was showing not like the shape of a Maltese. Her ears were all chopped up and most hair was cut short.

They do not know how to cut anything but a poodle puppy cut! Please do not trust them.

I love Furry Friends! They treat my dogs great! Friendly and caring staff!

I have a Bernese Mountain dog that is a big, stubborn baby! Somehow the staff at Furry Friends is able to convince her into believing SHE wants her hair cut. Bravo! My girl has never had a bad experience or hair cut. I would highly recommend Furry Friends.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 11 years. Furry Friends has always given my Chow mix a superior cut. My dog has always had a positive experience at Furry Friends. I especially appreciate the staff's gentle touch as now he is almost 14 years old and has achy bones. I would recommend Furry Friends to all dog owners looking for a groomer.

I recently adopted a 5 year old lab from the pound and Furry Friends came highly recommended by two of my friends. The staff was great. (They even caught the beginnings of an ear yeast infection.) I would strongly recommend Furry Friends because they treat your dog like their own. My dog had a positive experience and was very content when I came to pick her up.

I recently moved, but continue to make the 30 minute drive back to Furry Friends because their skill set is superior, (never had a bad cut). I have a Bernese mountain dog, Labrador Retriever, and Border collie mix. Each dog has a completely different personality and the employees at Furry Friends understand this and work with each dog on his/her level. My dogs always have a positive experience at Furry Friends and I believe yours will too!

I have been coming since they opened my dogs love to go,to Furry Friends. They are happy and contented when I come for them. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
