Great Rib Meal! Another Trip to Dayton to visit my brother equaled another trip to Fatbacks Barbecue for another GREAT rack of short ribs. They are definitely mouth-watering and tender to eat. The sides are a generous portion (I've had the potato salad and baked beans, so far) and there is additional sweet or warm sauce on the table to make your ribs as "wet" as you like. The owner is very friendly and is good to talk with and the other workers provide friendly service. I'm looking forward to my next visit to see my brother and another visit to Fatbacks for some good ribs! WayneM Louisville, KY
