Elsas has the worst food due to all of the shortcuts taken by the kitchen. All of the grilled veggies are cooked ahead of time so when they arrive at the table they are mush. they don't take time to heat up the tortillas for tacos and the salsa is like runny ketchup. The only reason I go is the bad Juan and the atmosphere. I'd eat there if the food didn't come out of a box from sysco or gfs.
