I want to send out a sincere thanks to Mr. Josh an all the staff members at Dodd's Memorial for all the caring & compassion that they shown towards me an my Family at this very difficult time of our lives. An for helping myself & the Family through our grievance time. Me an the family will be forever grateful for your caring, patience an true understanding. Were sending our Sincere thanks to you all.

Dodds has the market locally for monuments which is unfortunate because it is reflected in their customer service. I personally would not recommend them. The women we met with initially was very pleasant and helpful. i inquired as to a statue update a couple of weeks ago just to see where we were in the projected timeline. The response I received was rude, unprofessional and condescending. Once you pay for your monument, there is no communication or any type of follow up and they make it clear they do not want to be bothered.
