I have used CSA twice now. The service is superb, and the vehicles are nice and clean. The driver, Dave (who happens to be the owner if the company), was the driver both times- super nice guy and very helpful. The only thing I would have liked would have been to take a ride in a limo which is not offered any longer (BOO). HOWEVER, we will DEFINITELY be using this service in the future.

This is a no hassle operation. Just call to make a reservation - and they will come at the appointed time.

One of the services we especially appreciate is they always call the day before the scheduled service to confirm the appointment. This is very reassuring for the traveler, because you have timely confirmation that you are, in-fact, on their schedule.

The cars are well-maintained and the drivers are very smooth, pleasant, and competent.

We live in Maryland and our son is a freshman at Miami University. He has flown home Fall break, Thanksgiving and Christmas and each time we've used CSA Heritage to transport him both back and forth from Dayton Airport. As a parent of a kid who has never flown alone, I can't tell you how wonderful and helpful they have been. Each time the drivers were early and courteous, not to mention have helped him navigate any concerns about going thru the airport. It's hard enough having a kid go to college far away from home, but I know that this is one thing I don't have to worry about. We feel lucky to have found them and will continue using them!!

I used CSA Heritage on July 22 to take myself and a date to the Eagles concert in Dayton. The driver arrived early and was waiting for us when the concert ended. The service was excellent and they are extremely courteous and professional. I will definately use CSA again. Great experience!

In April we used CSA Heritage Limousine Service for early AM pick up in April to the CVG Cincinnati Airport from Dayton and late PM/AM pickup in May at the CVG Cincinnati Airport 4 weeks later! We had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with safe, prompt and timely driver service. Our driver also helped us with our bags too! We used CSA for my daughter's prom. There were 10 passengers and they did an outstanding job! Our number one priority was safety and we felt as if they were all in great hands. I would like to take this opportunity to recommend CSA Heritage Limo Service to anyone. They are very professional and courteous and are very caring people. I took my 90 year old mother and myself from Dayton to Cincinnati to over night to catch a flight to FLL for a cruise. They were right on time and helped with the luggage and was very courteous and very professional. You could call anytime of the day with a question and they would either answer or would call you right back. I would tell everyone that CSA Heritage Limo Service is the one to call for limo service. Top Notch - First Class Service! After a very unpleasant experience with a Taxi service upon arrival in Dayton, I contacted CSA Heritage to arrange a towncar service for my ride back to the airport. Although I gave very short notice, Dave was able to accommodate my needs right away. Dave Sr. arrived to pick us up promptly at the arranged time, was dressed professionally and and greeted us with a friendly smile and a handshake. A real class act!! The sedan was clean and comfortable and the rates were very affordable considering the level of service you receive.

I and the other staff in our office use CSA heritage for all of our airport transfers and for the occasional social gatherings. They are always on time, Dave and his other drivers are always very friendly and professional, and their cars are immaculate.
