My brother got a screen replaced there. When he took it in the phone was working just fine. Cricket took it to another place and when it was returned it was not functional. My dad got involved and he got a refund but a phone in pieces!! Literally 15+ pieces! It also took over 2 weeks to get the iphone back! Will never return or recommend them to anyone!! Customer service sucked and more should have been done
