My furnace went out at 10AM. I called at 2PM (that's when I noticed that it was getting cold in the house. The receptionist was so pleasant and personable! A+
Bill showed up in an HOUR! AMAZING! He was so knowledgable and professional I couldn't believe it. He had the new igniter part and I was up and running in no time.
When I got the bill, I honestly said that he didn't charge enough.
