Centerville park is a very nice community with many new updates. The elaborate on a sense of community with many resident fuctions. Close to 675, 75 and the Dayton mall. Centerville has many amenities from the pool, sand volleyball, sauna, dog park, tennis court and fitness center.

I have greatly enjoyed living at Centerville Park. I moved in with my daughter. I was very happy to see the community events aimed at children. My daughter was able to make new friends quickly. My apartment is beautiful. It was completely renovated before I moved it. I am so proud to show it off to friends and family. I have referred a few of my friends to move in here. They have since thanked me for the suggestion.

Centerville Park Apartments is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever rented from. I will definitely recommend the complex to anyone. They have the best prices, great community, and the staff here is one of the best. So if you want a nice place for a reasonable price come down and be my neighbor.

Do NOT move here, the place is infested with bed bugs, and the office does NOT care. They let people move in knowing of this problem, not to mention the apts are outdated, its easier to heat and cool the outdoors than it is the apt. Oh dont forget how they charge more for water than the city!!!!
