Arrived at Bright White due to a tooth ache. They informed me the tooth needed a root canal but I just wanted it pulled, but they said they could save it.I have Private Insurance thru Delta and it seemed like they were just wanting more money! They didn't really care what I wanted! They made me fill out for a card credit card so they could get more money!!:(They man did the root canal and kept driling . I started to feel pain! He told me I wasnt!! I told him It was hurting badly and he was driling at my bone!'He wouldn't stop! I pulled his hand away and made him stop and got up and they charged me over $500 for all of this misery WITH MY INSURANCEI had to go to another dentist where they said the tooth was too bad for a root canal and they were shocked at what Bright White had done to me!I don't believe they know anything of what they are doing! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! I only went there due my dentist was not open in the weekend .WILL NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY! THEY ARE BUTCHERS!
