How can I tell a scam when ordering on my phone? I have before paid for a swing in the past and never got it but the bank gave it back. Now the same swing is out again these people are asking $10.00 more how do I know this isn't a scam? Thank you

This woman sold me a dog who was born with a health issue. She has always bunny hopped and by the time she was 9 months old we knew there was a problem.. We purchased two dogs from the same litter and the other dog has no issues to our knowledge. I contacted the Breeder and she said lets just keep an eye on it sometimes Puppies do things and she might not outgrow this. By the time she was 15 months old the hop turned into a twist. I had Xrays and the Breeder and this Breeder was going to make right the fact that she sold me a sick puppy. The Pup also was born with a Herniated Belly Button which means I had to sign papers that I would not Breed her which was fine because I had no plans of Breeding her. I get Xrays and learn there is nothing wrong with her Bones, she has a Neurological Disorder. This Breeder has had some fine and beautiful Puppies but with any Dog Breeder they are going to once in a while have a Puppy born with an illness. My Pup was the Runt of the Bunch and the very first born which is unusual and any Breeder and Vet knows it can happen but it is very unusual. I drove my Xrays over to Ohio per the Breeders instructions to get them to her Vet. Never heard anything back but prior to the Xrays ....... IF she feels like guaranteeing a Dog she will and if you are not one of her Breeder friends or personal friends you can forget about it. She told me I would have to give my Dog back to her if she did anything. She never had a plan to do anything in the first place she is a CON ARTIST who told the Ohio Attorney General's Office that she is not a Business. Well she let her Dog spit out 30 - 36 Puppies in one year and Charges $1,000 for each Puppy. Maybe she should get herself a Business License or Maybe the IRS should ask her about this Business. BUYER BEWARE AND IF SHE SELLS A PUPPY WITH A GUARANTEE YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE THE DOG BACK BUT DON'T WORRY ..... You'll likely never get that far with her you will just have to put your Dog Down or Pay for all the Vet Services he/she will require.
