I called "Bugs or US" for a bee problem in Fall '06. I chose them primarily because I have been party of a small, family business for over 20 years....and I like using the same. The scheduler was very polite and got me on the books very quickly. I believe it was the very same day. The young man that came out to spray for the bees was also very polite, as well as knowledgeable. While he was there, I also asked about a termite inspection because my neighbor had had a problem that summer. His advice was to check with my neighbor about their treatment and that I might not need any treatment's if his was done correctly. I thought this was very honest advice, as they didn't have to tell me that. They could've done or scheduled a termite inspection and made a few extra dollars. If I ever need pest control again, I will definitely use the company again. A+
