There are so many things that are wrong about this business(if you can call it a business) that it's not funny. I found their number in the yellow pages so I assumed it was a reputable company, boy was I wrong. We had a family of raccoons trying to make their home in the walls of our house and we were hearing sounds inside of the walls of the attic room. I called them because they're a 24 hour 'company'. The man who came, which I later found isn't who he represents himself to be, came out with a trap and charged me over $430. This was in February. It is now July and needless to say he never caught the raccoon, he told me about all the work and labor and materials that would be needed to seal my home and make it pest free. This was another $1000. After 5 months he's never came and completed the work. I've had to hire and consult with other legitimate companys since then. 2 seperate companys have told me to beware of him, that he doesn't have a license anymore, and he goes around doing this to people often. Mind you, I never told them his named, they guessed it! He's very unprofessional and disrespectful. He'd popup @ my house unannounced and uninvited, wanting hugs and telling me I was going to be his girl, he'd drive by my house to see i I was home then would lie to make it seem like the work was done while I was gone. One day he was leaving and my phone rung and he stopped ead in his tracks and asked who it was on the phone. I asked him time and time again to stop coming to my house unannounced. He'd make appointments then never show up for them then the next day would show up unannounced. I've been told that he's very dangerous but Im not afraid. There are many other stories I can tell about him. Im writing this to make other consumers aware. I've just started proceedings to sue him for my money, Im reporting him to the BBB and attorney generals office. Do not trust him in your home.

I just wanted to recommend this company to anyone that is in need of pest control. They were very professional and courteous. The technician that was sent to my home was professional and clean, that is very important to me as a customer. The prices quoted were very very reasonable.
