Used them before but probably not again. The drivers are good guys but the service sucks. I've been waiting for 2 1/2 hrs now and not even a phone call back. If you are that busy hire more drivers.

Worst cab company in the Dayton area. We called last night to set a time for this cab company to show up at our house the next day, to take my Boyfriend to a location in kettering. The time they were suppose to be here today was at 12:20 PM. they didn't show up on time so we called to find out why they were not there on time. The dispatch guy that answered the phone, was the rudest person we have ever dealt with. Before we could even give them our phone number or address for him to look into what was going on, he said he was working on it, we asked when will the cab arrive and we got a response of "I'm f'ing working on it". The night before the Dispatch woman was just as rude! BTW if you choose not to use this company because of this review, don't bother calling Liberty CAB as they are the exact same people. I called Walt's Cab company, and the Owner was the friendliest person I have ever dealt with. He had a fare already in progress and assured me that he would be able to get my boyfriend to the location he needed to be at on time, and that he would call me and let me know when a cab was on it's way. I have checked around the web and everyone speaks Highly of the guy so I reccomend him! CHECKER CAB AND LIBERTY CAB IS THE WORST TWO CAB COMPANIES IN DAYTON OHIO!

they quoted me one time frame just to get my fare and so far I've been sitting outside for forty-one minutes waiting on my cab. it's too late for me to schedule another service so basically I'm SOL. Don't utilize their service because you will regret it.
