Glenn is very knowledgable and efficient regarding the repairs he does. Steve, the tech who works on the sewing machines really knows his stuff. He took our old Kenmore machine that was "messed up" by another shop and put it back in perfect running order. We highly recommend Davison Vacuum! They deserve your business!

I have taken anything I needed to get fixed for my Vac. here about 3 or 4 times. Each time the owner was pleasant, and took care of the problem, fixed it, and saved me a lot of cash and hassle by having to go to one of the high overhead guys. I recommend this store to anyone who wants a straight deal and save big.

I took my sewing machine here three times for the same issue. I reported the same problem each time. And each time I brought it home, it was doing the same thing. The second time, it was actually making a clanking noise that it hadn't been making before. I would NOT take a valuable sewing machine here for repair. In spite of the friendliness of the owner, the sewing machine repair is outsourced, and it is bothersome not being able to personally speak with the person who is doing the repair. The owner of the shop admits to knowing nothing about sewing machines. I am so completely frustrated at this point, that it is not worth going back to request a refund.
