Keep looking for a well managed community. Springrove is not it!

have rented here for just over a year. It is miserable. If you choose to rent here they will come in every two months to inspect your home for what they call "maintenance issues". The neighbors have taken over the empty lot between my home and theirs, so when they have friends over, it's like they are hanging out in your front yard. Called the office, and was treated like we were doing something wrong by complaining. My girlfriend went out the other day and found one of the maintenance men urinating behind our shed.

For some reason, we planned to stay for another year and transfer to a smaller home. landstar seemed very happy to help. that was 6 weeks ago, and now our calls are not even being returned. I think i would be happier if they called and said get the heck out of here. They just ignore us so they can keep collecting rent on the larger (and more expensive) home we are in now. It was the same way when we first moved in, could not get anyone to call us back, Moved in, no stove, broken air conditioning the middle of July.

My advice, stay away, go anywhere else.

We moved here over 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. Love our neighbors and have always had great response from office and maintenence. Very friendly, quiet neighborhood. All the extras are a plus. Excercise room, beautiful clubhouse with pool and all the functions they hold for the community.
