We have lived here almost 3 years with no problems until the new owners took over and started charging for water. Our first water bill was for 48.66 in 10/15 and is now 162.52! It only goes up every month. Also, our rent is going up! We are looking for a new place to live.

New owners are $ hungy started charging for water . Crime has risen since the new owners took over

Would of gave a -100 star if possible!

The new owners are amazing, the neighbors are the best and I am happy to call this place home!

Nice rural setting, beautiful homes and great people.

This community is really nice and the new owners are fantastic! They have cleaned up a lot and I am proud of where I live!
