This PO cheats on postage...took a package to UPS and then PakMail; it weighed 13 oz. Took it to US post office and it weighed 1 lb. 11.09 oz!!!!!! Why?? Rip off. In addition, received a package from FL, which cost $3.05. I mailed exact same package to Fresno from the post office, and it cost $3.25!!!! Why? Does the PO miscalibrate the scales on purpose? This also happens at 5th St. Post Office incl. self service kiosk.

I sell on eBay . In the past two months there have been two lost /damaged / stolen packages. I always use tracking . This PO does not scan items unless you bring it to the counter and ask them. One disappeared completly . The other never got past Sacramento . Now it seems they "repacked" books I sent with the wrong books. In all instances these have been children's items . Is there a fox in the henhouse ?

Total crap!!!

Every time I pay extra for priority shipping, it gets stuck in this Davis location for days if not weeks past the expected delivery date with zero updates ad to why and no option for customer service. Not via email when requested no by calling get the main USPS line and the direct phone number for this location is not in service. I am furious! !!!
