DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Originally I was loving this company, I had called and made several changes to my move. They were very accommodating and patient with me. I thought this was going to be the best experience ever...but I was wrong!! I received a call from the company the day before indicating that they were changing my move from a 2 man crew to a 3 man crew. I asked if this was going to change the price and I was assured it wouldn't. The day of the move came and I was told that I was the second move of the day and that the first move was scheduled for 2 hours. Therefore I anticipated them arriving at my house by noon at the latest. I called at 11:30 to see if they were running on time and was told that they had no idea when they would arrive. So I waited until 12:30 to call again and was told they would probably be another hour. They arrived at 2:45 pm. The movers were very pleasant and moved all my items without incident. As I was reviewing the paperwork I noticed that the amounts were different (about $70 more), I spoke with the mover and he said he wasn't sure why so I figured I would call on Monday to figure it out. When I called I was told that the estimate was just an estimate and that was for 2 people not 3 so most likely I would've had to pay more. I felt like I was completely deceived, they made the change from 2 people to 3 so why should I have to pay the difference, why wouldn't I be charged the original rate for the length of time? When I asked if the price would change the person didn't say anything about the fact that the rate would increase. They specifically said that NOTHING WOULD CHANGE. I have no problems telling people (ones that I know and random strangers on the street) I wouldn't use this company but if they really want to make sure that they clarify everything and not sign anything until they speak to a person at the company. During a stressful time this is the last thing I needed...if they had just refunded me the $70 I wouldn't be so upset, guess they need the money more than the good review!
